Whether we are transforming facilities for new and higher purposes or changing the way organizations and institutions interact with their stakeholders, the Oregon and Southwest Washington developers, contractors, architects, engineers and subcontractors are infusing innovation in the fiber of buildings throughout our community.

This year, we honor several truly exceptional projects, highlighting outstanding transformation. These projects are not just pretty, not simply complex, they have truly provided transformation, perhaps to their community, the mission of the organization they house, or the integral way individuals interact within their walls. These are the standouts, the skyline changers, the once-in-a-generation buildings that lift the community around and within them. Entries must have been completed and partially occupied between 2019-2021.
