Janet Scanlon is an Organizational Development consultant and an improvisational actor trained at Second City. She combines 25 years of experience as an HR Generalist with methods from acting, improvisation, meditation, psychology and sociology to design and facilitate practices for individuals to tap into their unique talents and be less afraid. Her work encompasses individual coaching, program design and delivery for company roll-outs and facilitating master train-the-trainer for global leadership courses.
