Development Drinks

Development Drinks is a monthly gathering of people interested in international development.  This social event is meant to be a chance to connect with others and to learn about the work of GlobalPDX members.  Development Drinks moves to a different location in the Portland metro area each month in an effort to make it accessible to as many people as possible. This month we will gather at Lucky Labrador Beer Hall on Quimby.

Our new format will allow a member organization to give a brief overview of their work and the rest of the evening will be an open conversation.  African Road is our presenting organization.  African Road is a nonprofit organization working to lift entire communities out of extreme poverty. It partners with local changemakers through collaborative project development and strategic funding.
