Lunch & Learn “Utilizing the Enneagram for Development of Self and Team” with Jayson Morris

The Enneagram provides a powerful map to learn about individual and collective strengths and to navigate interpersonal tensions so that individuals and teams can be at their best. 

Join Jayson Morris, Founder of WITHINSIGHT Coaching, to learn more about the Enneagram is and how it can strengthen self-awareness and understanding of others – the foundational elements of emotional intelligence – and how it supports increased effectiveness, inclusivity, and satisfaction in teams. In this interactive session, Jayson will introduce us to the model and why he uses the Enneagram daily with Executives, rising nonprofit talent, and teams to support their continued growth.
