Dr. Melanie Billings-Yun, author of Beyond Dealmaking: five Steps to Negotiating Profitable Relationships, is a negotiation professor and consultant with deep international experience, having lived and worked for 25 years in Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and France. Formerly senior partner at the Singapore-based negotiation firm, Global Resolutions, she has helped scores of organizations across Asia, Europe and the Middle East build more productive relationships.
