It can be hard to establish yourself as a new professional, and we think the best way to advance in your field is to do it together. The professionals who are just coming into their own in Oregon are amongst a generation incredibly tuned in to global issues: climate change, global justice, equality, water rights, and more. As we rise into our professional positions, it is important to have strong systems of support that challenge us, encourage our growth, and hold space for diverse voices.
