Join Mercy Corps and Portland Community College during Women Filmmakers Week at the Cascade Festival of African Films for “The Wedding Ring.”  Afterward, Mercy Corps Adolescent Girls and Youth Advisor Amy Ibold will share stories of how they are transforming lives for women and girls in Niger and around the world.
