The Institutional Partnerships Associate Director will play a critical role in accelerating the growth of Health In Harmony to meet the urgency of the climate and nature crises. They will work closely with the Chief Partnerships Officer and the will create and oversee  high-value partnerships and projects that advance HIH’s priority goals within its grants making and advocacy.  They will work closely with the management team to create plans and ensure Health In Harmony is well represented with foundations, other NGOs, governmental bodies, and corporate and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with writing and managing large grants ($500,000+) and government grants, a keen eye for detail, knowledge of grant prospecting, interest in helping the organization grow its grants program, and is good at meeting deadlines to take the organization from $ million annually (and 8.5 million rainforest hectares protected today) to $15+ million annually (and hundreds of millions of hectares protected) over the next five years. This role has the opportunity to grow and scale over time.
