Senior Program Manager

Position Summary 

The Senior Program Manager (SPM) will provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to a portfolio of projects that help build gender considerations and gender equality outcomes into their programming. The SPM will provide critical operational leadership, strategic guidance, and programmatic contributions across the Center’s program operations. While this is a cross-cutting role, the SPM will have an initial priority focus on the gender integration projects. As an integral member of the Gender Integration team, the SPM will support the execution and management of the integration work internally, work closely with senior leaders of the program team, as well as interface externally with partner staff to facilitate seamless and efficient communication across teams and ensure partner requests are met.
