Join us from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm for Development Drinks, a recurring event hosted by GlobalPDX. This monthly gathering provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in global affairs and international development to come together. It’s a chance to connect with local professionals and gain insights into the impactful work happening in Oregon to create a better world. These informal social meetups have been a cornerstone of GlobalPDX’s community-driven approach for several years.

Learn how MCC reduces poverty through economic growth in low income countries around the globe. MCC will talk about how they select their partner countries and how American companies can do business with MCC. A short presentation will explore how they select partners based on good governance, investing in their people, and other qualifiers.
