Evaluation planning helps you stay on top of the details while ensuring that you maintain ownership over the evaluation process and are developing evaluation systems in your organization that truly give you what you need, cut down on unnecessary busy work, and help you gather the information that will help you do your best work.
While the information and self-directed work are valuable, working through the activities in a facilitated supportive environment will help you effectively put the information into action. After this session you will be able to form an evaluation plan and budget, have more awareness of strengths and areas of growth in your organization, and be able to take the next steps toward strengthening the learning culture in your organization.
This session is designed to support you and your organization whether you are just getting started with your evaluation, have systems in place but need some feedback and direction, or if you are ready to take your evaluation to the next level.
An Evaluation Reflection and Planning Session helps you:
During the planning session we will work through a series of activities that will help you think about evaluation in a holistic way so that you can start to build an evaluation culture in your organization that gives you the information you need, reduces stress and busy work, and allows you to take ownership over the transformative power of information.
This session is valuable for anyone working on evaluation but will be a powerful ally for executive directors, program directors, and others responsible for directing and guiding evaluation systems.
