GlobalPDX Development Drinks

This monthly gathering provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in global affairs and international development to come together. It’s a chance to connect with local professionals and gain insights into the impactful work happening in Oregon to create a better world. These informal social meetups have been a cornerstone of GlobalPDX’s community-driven approach for several years.

This event’s Guest Speaker is Frankline Muthomi, Assist. Prof. of Public Administration at PSU. Frankline Muthomi, Ph.D., is an expert on participatory budgeting which promotes democratic governance practices in developed and developing countries.
