This position requires someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of administrative experience and SalesForce experience. They must also have a working knowledge of Google Office Suite as well as (Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.)

Responsibilities for this position include:

● Work closely with Executive Director (Calendaring, Budgeting, event planning, and reporting to the National Board)

● Managing CRM – SalesForce

● Proactive care of current financial partners. through email, text, and phone calls

● Follow up with Donors and recurring donations and update SalesForce

● Managing and creating campaigns (using Canva and email client)

● Admin for Service Trips to International and domestic teams

● Participate in Organization events as needed

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (preferred)

● Three years of administrative experience and experience with SalesForce or other similar CRM

● Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and QuickBooks)

● Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail

● *Highly preferred – experience with SalesForce Non-Profit Service Pack

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
